Change-of-Mind Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. This applies to unused items that are in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a return, repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of delivery.
